Plan is paid up but address didn't re-map–Site is down

Our plan renewed as usual in June but our site just went down and the Manage tab shows our main address failed to re-map on Sept 17. Looks like several users have this issue. This is a BUSINESS account and we need this up asap.

gracema2002 – I just wanted to mention that live chat support is not currently open as most of the company is still traveling home from our annual Grand Meetup. It should be available again to all plan holders come Monday.

Hello! Thanks you all for coming to our aid. We finally figured it out on our end. Another department in our org actually pays our domain fee, and reupped it for us, and everything is back on and our panic has subsided. Thanks again! Case closed…
