  Hi! So I jumped the gun on the plan level for my site and I’d like to scale it back. How can I do that and get a refund?

  Hi there, if you have any upgrade plan here on WordPressdotcom, the easiest way to downgrade or cancel and see if you are eligible for a refund is by starting a LiveChat directly with Support. In general refunds are available for 30 days from the date of purchase on everything but custom domain registration which needs to be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

  However, it is possible you need to be logged in with a different username account than the one you are posting from here in the forums? The account you’re posting from looks to have only a free WordPressdotcom website since your request was routed here to our community forums.
