Plan Not Activated – Need Assistance

I purchased the plan Business on 20 March and received an email confirmation that the payment was processed successfully. However, when I log in to my account, the plan still appears as ‘inactive’ and I am unable to access the features and benefits that come with the plan.

I’m not showing any paid upgrades under the account you’re currently logged into, which would explain why you don’t see the plan. You would need to log out of @boudaaradia2 and into the correct account to view and manage your plan.
If you don’t remember the account you used and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as

I have followed the necessary steps to connect my account with the purchased plan, including entering the appropriate credentials and confirming the purchase. However, upon logging into my account, the plan status still displays as “inactive.”

Referring to your previous support thread from a month ago, it seems you were inquiring about the plan on the website emballi.net. Is that correct?
If that’s the case, the plan is active, but it’s linked to a different WordPress.com user account, not @boudaaradia2 or @secharif98. To gain access to the correct account, please gather your purchase information and enter it at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery.
Moreover, the domain nameservers are currently set to NameCheap hosting:
- dns1.registrar-servers.com
- dns2.registrar-servers.com
Did you previously have a website hosted by NameCheap? If so, this is why your domain is not loading correctly. To resolve this issue, you’ll need to contact NameCheap for assistance.
