  Which plan is better for file sharing from google drive link with minimum 3000 user accessing daily the website.

  By sharing files in google drive and embedding the download link in different categories. So that the user can download the file from that link through drive. Just want to share the files

  Adding links to files stored on external services is possible on WordPress.com. You can even use the Button block to hide the link and make it looks nicer.

  I don’t want WordPress extension in domain name. That is why i want to opt for any plan.

  Yes this is possible, but you would need the business plan in order to run the code for Google Adsense.

  Can i use the service of hostinger in WordPress?

  If you’re hosting a site with Hostinger, you would not need WordPress.com.
