  I need help with the plan options. I’m looking for scheduling and a way to take donations for my non profit. Any suggestions?

  Any plan will allow you to insert a PayPal donation button:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

  As a non-profit, perhaps you’d try starting with the Premium plan — that’ll give you a nice balance of features, like a domain name and custom design tools. :)
