  We are trying to find the best plan for us as a buisness, we would really like a plan that allows us to talk to our customers through the website as they are looking. Like a live chat.
  If any which plan has that option and also has the option to use our own domain name.

  You need a plan which allows installing a plugin for the live chat feature. For that, you need a business plan. Look here for plans and pricing.

  Any plan that you can buy comes with the free domain. You can also use your own domain purchased outside WordPress.com.
