  We need to know who the plan owner for https://cwcaaccr.com/ is so that we can transfer ownership. Thx!

  Hi @cwcassoc, we cant give out the email address, but we could email the owner if that would help. Let us know. It’s also the same email address that gets invoices and renewal reminders and what not.

  Hi there,

  It actually looks like you removed the admin who’d bought the plan and domain for your site, lulu13, as a user from your site over four months ago.

  They won’t be able to transfer anything to you unless you add them back as an admin to the site, so please do that as described here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  In the invitation you can also then send a message directly to that person to ask them to contact us so we can help moving any upgrades in their account.
