plan paid yet site removed!!

    Hello,

    i have just cancelled the renewal of my business plan which is set to renew in august 2024 and yet my whole website is gone. when i tried to restore it is asking again for the payment of £240 which i have just made in august 2023!

    please let me know how to restore the website that i have already paid for.
