It looks like the subscriptions were purchased from another account. Have a look at the emails that you received after purchasing and use that email address to log into the correct account.
If you’re not sure about this, check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:

Yes it is for another account which I want to cancel/destroy but I can’t seem to get into the account to take this action. the account I want to cancel is clairifyyourlife.com. when I put that address in I get a blue screen with the message: “Something New Is Coming” there are no navigation tools on this page so I don’t know how to recover the site so I can cancel the site. Can you help me? When I originally tried to create a simple blog, I used a google email account but this didn’t work because of a mixup on the address. So I went to an aol account which worked. My second site is good to go, but is asking for the money to hold space on the wordpress site, but since I had already sent $48 I didn’t want to get charged twice. I assume when I cancel the original site I will get a refund of my $48 so can move forward with site #2 (clairifyyour.wordpress.com)

There’s 2 very similar accounts registered. Right now you’re using the incorrect account. Please sign out of kramercasm and back in as kramercas.
If you are unable to get signed back in to the kramercas account then you can use that transaction ID to regain access to it. Do not post that in the public forum because anyone can view that information. Instead, you’ll follow these steps.
