‘Plan personnel’

    My message is in french, since I’m a french wordpress user. I was just informed about a change in my ‘plan personnel’ on december, 18th. Well, I don’t understand what you mean by ‘plan personnel’. Could any french speaking wordpress developper help ?

    I think that email will be an offer to extend your Personal plan upgrade. If you are happier using French then you can post your questions at: http://fr.forums.wordpress.com

    Just following up on @themagicrobot’s reply. I’m afraid I don’t speak French but if you don’t mind reading replies in English, I’ll be happy to look into this for you. Alternatively, you can post in the French forums.

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any paid plans, which suggests it was purchased through another account.

    Could you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address the email was sent to? I should then be able to see the upgrade you are referring to :)
