Plan problem
-
Hi! About 2 weeks ago I created an account via Google sign-in and paid Business subscription. Now when I try to access my site and account it redirect me on another one. When I look for my paid plans, there is info about my business plan and the message “You are the owner of WordPress.com Business but because you are no longer a user on agsseva-nialj.wordpress.com, renewing it will require staff assistance. Please contact support, and consider transferring this purchase to another active user on agsseva-nialj.wordpress.com to avoid this issue in the future.”.
Please help me to fix this!

Sounds like you ran into the exact same issue I did a while back. I was setting up a sports streaming site and signed up with Google, bought the Business plan, but later couldn’t access it because I wasn’t seen as a user on the site anymore.
What finally worked for me was tagging the post with modlook to flag it for WordPress staff. Once they stepped in, they reassigned the plan to my account, and it started working again.
Hang in there, staff are usually quick to sort it out once the thread is flagged.

I had this happen with my own site after buying the Business plan. The plan was showing in my account, but I couldn’t manage my apk site because I wasn’t listed as a user anymore.
What fixed it was staff moving the plan over to the active account on the site. You won’t be able to do it yourself, so the best step is to wait for a WordPress member to reply here. They’ll transfer the plan so you can use it properly again.
