  I just purchased the annual business plan, but it is not showing up that is has been purchased. I have the receipt that shows it was paid.

  Thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like the plan was purchased on a different user account. You may have created a secondary account unintentionally. I can confirm, that there are no upgrades or purchases associated with the account you’ve used to contact us from here.
