    I’m blocked from purchasing a plan due to few card declines. Please help me solve this problem

    You can try using another card or contact your bank to know why your card declined.

    Also, you can try another payment method we support to purchase your plan.

    I know after so many incorrect attempts, the system may block purchases for suspicious activity. Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.

    Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
