Plan refund

I purchased a plan with a domain registration today. For various reasons I have decided to cancel the plan. I was able to cancel the plan in the ‘Manage Purchases’ section, which did not cancel the domain registration and withheld the amount of the registration from the refund. I then canceled the domain registration, but there was no option to request a refund. I am still within the 48 hour window since the domain registration and am eligible for a full refund. Please advise.

When one let’s a domain go they cannot instantly register it somewhere else. There is a lengthy wait for the domain name registrar to release it.
Do you wish to use the domain URL on another site?

I’ve refunded the domain costs — you’ve now been refunded for the plan (and domain) in full.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
