Plan refund
-
Hi,
Please could I request a refund of the WordPress personal plan I have just purchased?
It turns out I already have an active plan elsewhere, and I didn’t need to purchase this one. I don’t have any use for it.
It’s the plan for quinstechcorner.net.
I purchased today and paid for an annual plan.Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi @quinmoore, we can certainly help with that!
I noticed you have a domain that you registered with your plan. Do you want to keep that active? If you cancel it now, it will be held for about five days before you can register it elsewhere, or you can keep just the registration here and point it to any provider you like.
Once you’ve decided what to do, you can cancel your plan here. And if it’s helpful, here’s the difference between our managed hosting and DIY WordPress installations with other hosts. In short we take care of security, spam filtering, and other services that don’t come with the free software, while providing fast SSL hosting. Let us know if you have any further questions about our service!

Oh! I should also clarify, the domain will be held and released so long as you cancel it within the next few days. After that, I’d recommend against cancelling it; we can help you point it to another provider instead, then transfer it later.
And, so long as you cancel within our refund period, we’ll automatically process the refund for you. Let us know if you need more help!
