Plan Refund Not Received After Cancellation Within 14 Days

  Hello,
  I’m submitting this request regarding a refund issue for a WordPress.com purchase that I canceled within 2 days (inside the 14-day refund window).
  When I canceled, both the domain and the plan showed refund pending. There was also a temporary $1 pending refund entry shown, and underneath it the $13 domain refund was listed as processing.
  After that, the $13 domain refund was successfully completed and posted back to my account (yesterday/today). However, the $35 plan refund did not arrive. Instead, it appears the $35 refund was canceled or reversed back on your side and has not been deposited into my account.
  Summary of what happened:
  I canceled both the domain and the plan within 2 days of purchase
  Refund page showed both refunds pending at that time
  A $1 temporary pending refund appeared during processing
  The $13 domain refund was successfully returned
  The $35 plan refund shows reversed/returned but was not received
  Could you please review the status of the $35 plan refund and reissue it if needed?
