plan renewal
-
I need to renew my plan. I was on autopay, and I forgot to notify you of a change in my credit card. How can I get this done. It’s super frustrating that it is so hard to get support from WordPress! No chat available, and the links to try to get help just take me in circles.

Hi there!
Sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. I noticed that your site mylifefromztoa.com isn’t hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by GoDaddy. We can help with WordPress.com sites, which are different from WordPress.org sites hosted elsewhere.
If you aren’t sure about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
What this means is you do not pay us (WordPress.com) for your site. You pay GoDaddy to host your site with them. You can reach out to GoDaddy support for help.
However, I understand you’re having trouble receiving support with your WordPress.org site. WordPress.org is a free and open-source software, and its support is mostly provided by volunteers on the WordPress.org support forum here. While we can’t help you with your WordPress.org site, you can consider moving your site to us at WordPress.com.
With us, you can receive world-class support while building/maintaining/updating your site on a regular basis. Depending on the WordPress.com plan you purchase for your site, you can get access to live chat and email support. The WordPress.com Business plan, for example, gives you access to 24/7 live chat if you pay yearly. We also take care of regular software updates, have bulletproof security, automated backups (on the Business plan), and more.
If you start a new WordPress.com site with us, you can import your entire existing WordPress.org site, and we can help you migrate.
Feel free to explore our plans here, and let us know if you have more questions.
