Plan renewal

    I renewed my subscription for $98 but I still see the renew notification and my website domain still has the wordpress.com extension. It is now about two hours since the renewal.

    What coulbe be happening?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    I noticed that you had the Business Plan on your site on 01-03-22, but that has been allowed to expire and is no longer under your account.

    Please note that if you do not have a plan, your site must use the free “wordpress.com” URL. If you have a custom domain on your account, it will redirect to the WordPress.com URL but to have your site show up at the custom address you will need to upgrade to one of our plans.

    If cost is an issue I recommend our personal plan, which in addition to allowing you to set a custom address will also turn of the ads we show on free sites without a plan. If you wish to leave ads active on your site but make money from them, you can do that by upgrading to our Premium plan instead.
