Plan renewal – changing subscriber?

Our site scienceinpublic.org is jointly managed by myself and the user @warrenpearce The premium plan is up for renewal in 2 days time and we would like to transfer the payments from Warren to myself, or make it possible for either of us to cover the payments. How can we do this?
