    I discontinued my subscription a long time ago. I didn’t want the auto renew of the wordpress. Also it no longer allows me to sign in on wordpress.

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.

    Also, it looks like you have an open support ticket with our billing support team. Please wait for them to respond to your ticket with more information.
