  Hi,
  I’m hoping someone can help guide me. I’m looking at using a theme (StartAce https://wordpress.com/theme/startace/nutralytics.wordpress.com?tab_filter=business ), but I need to edit the default color pallet and the CSS – Can someone help me on which plan will allow this?

  I don’t think I’ll need any plugins at this stage.
