  Hi. I have cancelled my plan subscription almost a month ago, however I still did not get the money back. How shall I proceed to get it back?

  Hi there!

  I can see that a full refund was issued to you on 25th June 2021. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Please contact the card issuer/bank as they may take some time to process the refund (some credit card issuers will remove the original payment from the statement while some may take a few weeks to process the refund).

  Once we’ve issued a refund, we have no control over it so you’d need to reach out to the card issuer/bank to find out the current status of the refunded transaction.
