  I recently just signed up for the professional plan and now it says i still need to upgrade everything. I have receipts with all the purchases to prove ive already paid. Does it take a couple days for everything to connect?

  Can you clarify which plan you’re referring to when you say “Professional plan”?

  There are 4 types of WordPress.com plans and they are: free, WordPress.com Personal plan, WordPress.com Premium plan and WordPress.com Business plan. You can learn more about WordPress.com pricing here. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Also, to clarify, if we are talking about this site http://jjharry.com/, note that your site is a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and is not a WordPress.com site.

  The current community forums we are on is meant for questions related to WordPress.com. If you have questions related to self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org), you will have to ask on self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) community forums https://wordpress.org/support/

  Also, note that you might need an account on the self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) community forums https://wordpress.org/support/ to do this.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here has never purchased any plans from WordPress.com

  It sounds like you signed up for a plan with your hosting provider instead. That plan pays for the hosting costs of your site, https://jjharry.com/, which is built using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org. If so, it’s a payment to a completely different company, and it won’t appear in your WordPress.com account.

  The plan options you see under My Site ->Plans on WordPress.com are to add additional features to the Jetpack plugin you have installed on your site, and which connects it to your WordPress.com account. This is something completely different from whatever hosting plan you bought from your hosting provider.
