Plan update

    Hello, I would like to update my plan choosing the personal plan or premium one but its not available. Can you please assist me?

    To confirm, your site used to be on the Business plan, but you have let that expire? I can see you had the Business Plan when I check your billing history here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    It is not possible to upload plugins or 3rd party themes on sites that use our lower plan levels (Personal and Premium) so the only way that you will be able to upgrade to those plans is for us to remove plugins from your site.

    Do you wish to remove all of the following?

    – Advanced Custom Fields: Extended
    – ACF Content Analysis for Yoast SEO
    – Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent
    – Easy Forms for Mailchimp
    – GA Google Analytics
    – Global Site Tag Tracking
    – Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
    – Google Language Translator
    – Google XML Sitemaps
    – Image Watermark
    – Ninja Forms
    – Mailchimp Subscription Form
    – Podamibe Custom User Gravatar
    – SSL Insecure Content Fixer
    – Social Media and Share Icons (Ultimate Social Media)
    – Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg
    – Yoast SEO

    If you confirm, we can remove all plugins and allow you to use Personal or Premium instead, but it will mean that all functionality you had from those plugins will be lost.

    If instead you wish to continue using those plugins, you can upgrade to the Business plan again, which will restore your site to active status including all plugins.
