  Hi there.

  for the plan upgrade, i want to upgrade to Premium. Do i need to pay $99 upfront?

  I read the terms and conditions, do i ONLY get charged at the end of the year?

  Hello,

  Upgrades are paid for at the time you activate them. Your upgrade will be required to be renewed a year from the day it becomes active, so you’ll pay once each year.

  Hi ,

  I’m Helen. When I tried to upgrade my blog using Personal plan, I could not see Email support feature in Order Summary. I wonder whether I can have my email support (with my domain, for example, (email visible only to moderators and staff)) after I upgrade or not.?
