Plan upgrade

  Hello,

  Just want to know if subscription of one plan is taken and at a later stage in case we need to upgrade or add some feature like payment or so. How this will be charged?

  Hi there, @dheerajdrishticps!

  It sounds like you want to know what happens when you purchase one plan but then later decide to upgrade your plan. Is that right?

  if so, we do offer a credit for the remaining time on your current plan when you upgrade. We call these pro-rated credits. These credits (or discount) are applied automatically when you upgrade.

  Pro-rated credits displayed on the Plans page allow you to use the remaining value of your current plan towards an upgrade to a higher-cost plan. Credit for the remaining time on your existing plan will automatically be applied to your upgrade.

  

  Credit for the time remaining on your existing plan is calculated by the number of months remaining. For example, if you have 1 month left on your existing plan, then 1/12 of your current’s plan total value will be applied as a discount when you upgrade to a higher-cost plan.
