    I would like to upgrade my plan, i need to Install plugins & themes for my website, So is it possible in Explorer plan? Please let me know. Thanks!

    Hello, @fstat I have similar questions. I’m on the Explorer plan, which includes Live chat support, but have been unable to use Live chat for a few weeks now. Furthermore, emailing a support expert bounces the email at thirdeve.com even though my email address is current and otherwise working. I’ve posted a few days ago about this with a clearly titled subject line and still have no replies. I’m interested in upgrading to the Creator plan, but if the advertised helps aren’t available in the Explorer plan as advertised, I’m worried that I’d be throwing good money after bad. I have four paid Explorer plans for different projects, fwiw.

    I’d much appreciate a response. Thanks in advance!
