  Hi,

  I recently got a refund of my plan

  I am seeking to again purchase a plan

  I am unable to access the plan upgrade page

  Please assist so i can repurchase

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
