Plan Upgrade | Plan Owner

  Hello,

  I have been tasked with upgrading the plan for hostz.pt, but it says that only the plan owner can make upgrades, and I don’t know who that is.

  Could you please let me know who the plan owner is so I can upgrade the payment on the account before it expires.

  I’m confused on whether or not help is still needed. Looking at the account I can see that hostz.pt is set up with a business plan already. Please share more details if I have misunderstood the request. Cheers.

  Hi!

  Just to confirm, it looks like the email subscription was not purchased using your WordPress.com account (username: hostzpt), but a different administrator account instead.

  Do you usually receive the emailed receipts for payments made for your email service? If so, then I would definitely suggest logging in on WordPress.com using the email address to which you receive your receipts, in order to add further email addresses to your subscription.
