Plan upgrade problem

  i just bought a essential wordpress plan and i cant access features. its still showing upgrade to a plan but i can see my plan and i can manage it but still it shows that upgrade to a plan for features which comes after upgrading the plan. i cant make my website public and a lot of problems. someone help!
