Plan upgrade showing in USD instead of INR

  Hi,
  I looked up but I cannot change my currency from USD to INR. Is there a way to change it?
  I need to set up my premium account and transfer my self-hosted site to wordpress.com. Requesting immediate help as I do not want to delete this ID and create a new one.
