I just need to know if I pay for the premium version of WordPress, can I upgrade to Business by just paying the difference or do I have to pay the entire 12 month fee again? Thanks!

If you have a site with a custom domain and then upgrade to a plan, you’ll receive an automatic discount for the domain, but you will need to buy the plan using the same username account that already owns the domain.
