Planned publishing with Gutenberg does not work

I have used Gutenberg now for two blog messages with a planned publication date; both publications did not work.
First of all: I can set the publication date but not the time. Time is always set to the current time.
Second: my blog message is not published at the planned date. This is very annoying as I use an automated (MailChimp) mail message to notify my readers.
Please advice how to plan my publication!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
