  Can I cancel my plan whenever? Or do I have to pay the full annual amount before cancelling?

  These are great questions.

  At the time of purchase, you’ll pay for the annual price of the plan. That amount is completely refundable for 30 days after purchase.

  If, at any point, in those 30 days you decide it’s not working, let us know, we will process a refund.

  After the 30 day point it’s not possible to issue a refund.
