    Hello! I would like to upgrade to a personal plan, but I need to make sure that I get charged the $4 monthly rather than the $48 all at once. Thanks in advance!

    Hi there, all WordPressdotcom upgrade plans are paid in full at check out. There is no monthly billing available. You may have noticed that on the plans page it says “$4/month – billed annually.”

    You can cancel any upgrade plan within the first 30 days after purchase, the exception being if you register a new custom domain, which needs to be cancelled and refunded within 48 hours of purchase. Here’s more about the refund policy: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
