  Hey,
  I have a few questions regarding plans. Which plan would allow me to add fillible forms and create a database?

  Hi, I’m not sure whether you could create another database, but I know our Business and eCommerce plans allow database access with phpMyAdmin.

  You could use any number of form plugins, too, to get the forms you want. We have Jetpack’s simpler forms built in, or there are many others.
