  I was wondering when I upgrade to the Premium Plan will it charge that fee monthly or will I have to pay the entire annual fee

  The fee is charged once annually. The price is just displayed split into the monthly equivalent for ease of comparison to other services.

  is it charged at the beginning when you add a plan or after a year of having?
