  Can someone let me know the exact limitations of the wordpress.com plans? I have a client who wants me to select a theme and then customize via css to give it a unique feel for their company. Does this require a premium or can a business account cut it?

  Hi Bodhi,

  On all plans, you’re can select any theme in our Theme Showcase:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/

  While using the free or premium plans, you can purchase a premium theme as one-time purchase that never expires. The business plan includes unlimited themes changes, even using our premium themes.

  However, we do not allow users to upload their own themes, even on the Premium or Business plan.

  You can customize the CSS of your site on our Premium or Business plans, but not on the free plan.

  Are there more themes to choose from on premium plan vs business plan or all the same?

  Sounds like the CSS limitations are identical between prem and biz?

  All the same. You can use any theme at https://wordpress.com/themes/ regardless if your site using the Free, Premium or Business plan.
