  Hi, I paid for the 8/month plan but I need to upgrade to the business plan. How can I do that ? I want the paid amount from my personal to be applied to the business plan.

  Hi there,

  Sorry that I missed you, it seems that you may have successfully upgraded to the Business Plan but then after that you appear to have canceled.

  In the event that it will help to clarify, when you purchase a lower priced plan, and then at a later date you decide to upgrade to a higher plan, we do not charge full price but instead we charge the difference in cost between the two. If you prefer we take the money you paid us for the Premium Plan, and credit it towards the cost of the Business Plan.

  This is why instead of paying the standard $300/yr cost of the Business Plan you were charged at a lower rate, since we accounted for your previous purchase.

  Also, if I can ask, what prompted your move to the Business plan? If you can tell us a bit more about the site you are trying to set up we’re happy to confirm if that can be done under the Premium plan or would require Business.
