    Good evening. I wanted to check with you something. I don’t really understand what the Personal and Premium plans are for if I cannot install plugins. Thank you!

    The main differences between these two plans is that the WordPress.com Premium plan offers more storage, and gives you access to both premium themes and advance design features (for example, being able to add custom CSS and also access the advanced custom styles.)

    A WordPress.com Business plan, allows you to take a website to the next level in the fact that is affords 200GB of storage, and gives you the ability to install plugins and themes from outside of WordPress.com.
