To talk to a person before purchasing the business plan, typically, you need to navigate the WordPress.com support system and use the live chat option available to paid plan users.

  The recommended way to contact WordPress.com support is by:

  • Going to your WordPress.com dashboard.
  • Clicking the question mark icon (?) at the top right corner to open the Help Center.
  • Clicking “Still need help?” at the bottom of the Help Center.
  • Typing your question and submitting it; the system offers automated responses first.
  • If you are still stuck, you can then reach out to a live support Happiness Engineer via chat (available to business plan customers).

  There is no direct phone number or sales contact for pre-purchase questions, and WordPress.com generally expects users to upgrade before having access to live chat support.
