  Hi there i currently have a free plan which i love however i want my web on google. Does the personal plan give me this access

  Getting search engines to find you is a big topic here. A good place to start is https://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/

  What plan you are on really does not have any bearing on your visibility on Google. Just follow follow the instructions in the link above to help you share your poetic love!
