  I am just wondering if i buy the personal plan and i f i want to cancel it after 30 days do i get all my money back

  You only get a refund if you cancel BEFORE 30 days have elapsed. And it will only be a partial refund if you have set up a custom domain name that you have owned for more than 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  Does it activate it automatically
