I want to buy Personal WordPress Plan but i dont wanna buy it for 1 year because i want to like test it. So can i pay you only for the first month? And getting billed per month?

I am sorry, but currently there are no one month trial or monthly payment options for the paid WordPress.COM plans.All the plans are billed yearly and the total annual amount must be paid upfront at the time of purchase.
However, if you want you can buy a plan for a year use it before 30 days and cancel it if it does not suit you and also, receive a full refund against the cancellation.
WordPress.COM has a 30-day refund policy on all their paid plans, except for Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. The refund period for Guided Transfers ends 30 days after purchase or as soon as your site has been moved, whichever comes first.
You can still cancel your plans after 30-days but you wont we refunded for your cancellation so it is suggested that you stay on the plan and let it expire.
NOTE:
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.
