  Hi! Is this the template you wish to use? That’s self hosted WordPress theme used with a wordpress.org installation. It will not work with WordPress.com. Fortunately WordPress.com has a wide selection of themes you can check out here https://wordpress.com/themes and you may find one that suits your needs using wordpress.com!
