  Hi again; I would also like to know whether I can take out a Personal plan and then change within the year to a Premium or Business plan if need be, and if I could even change twice within the year, from Personal to Premium to Business if I needed to. Many thanks!

  Hi there,

  The answer to your question is yes. You can upgrade your plan at any point of time. You can start with Personal plan and then upgrade to Premium or Business.

  if I could even change twice within the year, from Personal to Premium to Business

  You can switch your upgrade as many times as you wish as per your need.

  As krutidugade mentioned, it’s possible to upgrade from one paid plan to another. You can do so at any time from the Plans page:

  https://wordpress.com/plans/

  The cost of your existing plan will be deducted from the upgrade price.
