I bought a plan but my site is still saying I’m on a free plan despite me paying for a personal plan?

Hello!
As I am not a staff member, I cannot look at your account details, but are you sure you purchased the Personal plan for the correct site? When purchasing a plan, it will ask you which site to apply it to, and you may have applied it to a different site that you have on your account.
If you go to https://wordpress.com/plans/, it should first ask you which site you want to check (assuming you have multiple) and then from there, it will show you what plan options are available. If you have purchased the Personal Plan for the site, it should say “manage plan” instead of upgrade.

In addition to what theblakesheep has said, if you purchased the Personal Plan for a different site, you can contact a Staff to transfer the plan to the correct site. I have just added the “MODLOOK” tag to get their attention.
