Hi
Firstly I purchased the personal plan from the website. Then I log in and on my dashboard I see that the premium plan is available for the same price. IS there any way to get moved onto this plan instead as it is the same price. I did email support a few days ago but have had no email back.
Secondly will the premium plan allow me to install plugins?
thanks in advance and if anyone has a better contact than the support email that I can try in relation to getting onto the premium plan instead of the personal I’d be grateful if you could let me know.

Many thanks for reaching out and happy to help you. Strangely, it doesn’t look like your email has been received, but we can definitely help you via these forums here.
Then I log in and on my dashboard I see that the premium plan is available for the same price.
I think there’s some confusion that needs to be cleared up. Because the personal plan has been purchased, we take that initial purchase into account when it comes to upgrading across plans.
The premium plan isn’t the same price, but the price minus the cost of the personal plan. It’s why we show the message, “You have €48.00 of pro-rated credits available from your current plan. Apply those credits towards an upgrade before they expire!”
Secondly will the premium plan allow me to install plugins?
No, the premium plan doesn’t afford the ability to install plugins, but this is possible on the business plan however.
As above your credits would be applied to this purchase also :) .
What plugins and features are you looking to build into the site? Maybe I can make some suggestions on how best to go about the build?
