  On the Plans and Pricing tab, there is a toggle between ‘pay monthly’ and ‘pay annually’, but when I began a page, there was only the option of 1 year or 2 year payments to be paid in one annual payment. Is there a way to upgrade to the Business plan and pay for it monthly?
