  I can’t subscribe to any plans, because it says that none of them are compatible with my site.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  before you can buy a plan, your site must be downgraded. You must wait untill a Staff member is available.

  Are you trying to purchase an upgrade for sculpturesjohannescom.wpcomstaging.com? If so, can you clarify which plan you want to purchase? The site itself had a Creator plan at one point, which converted it to a plugin-enabled site (which is why it’s using the wpcomstaging URL).

  If you want to purchase a different plan, we’ll need to downgrade the site first. To downgrade the site, we must confirm that you understand:

  1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc.) added after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.
  2. Any custom content created by plugins and themes will not be carried over.
  3. Plugins and third-party themes can no longer be used.
  4. The site will revert to using the old theme.

  Once we revert the site, you’ll be able to purchase the plan of your choice. We can proceed once you’ve confirmed. Thanks!
